Our Mission
A Bridge to a New Beginning
C4 Impact Aiken exists to meet people where they are — in their most vulnerable moments — and walk with them toward lasting transformation. We provide transitional housing as a bridge to permanent stability, surrounding occupants with compassionate mentorship and practical life skills.
At the heart of everything we do is a belief that every person is made in the image of God and deserving of dignity, love, and a second chance. Our programs are designed not just to address immediate needs, but to foster hope, self-sufficiency, and a renewed sense of purpose — rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
C4 Impact Aiken is led by Pastors Lex and Tracy Perry. Lex is passionate about helping others develop their God-given gifts and talents to fulfill their purpose in life. Tracy's heart is for people to experience freedom from emotional hurts, lies from the enemy, and generational cycles — and to be secure in their identity in Christ.
At C4 Impact, our mission is to impart the New Covenant truth of God's word, mobilize our efforts through partnering with local fellowships to bring immediate help to those in need, take decisive action that brings positive transformation to our communities, and train believers to mature in Christ creating a lasting impact.

Our doors are open to adults who are ready and willing to take steps toward a better life. We serve individuals from all walks of life who need a stable foundation to rebuild.
Experiencing Homelessness
Those without stable housing who need a safe place to begin again and build toward permanent independence.
Addiction Recovery
Individuals committed to sobriety who need a structured, supportive environment during their recovery journey.
Returning from Incarceration
Men and women reentering society who need a fresh start, accountability, and a community that believes in second chances.
How It Works
A Relational Approach Built for You
Our program length is typically two years but can vary based on individual needs. Through weekly meetings with a mentor, occupants receive ongoing support through in-person sessions, character development, Bible study, and online resources.
Personal Action Plan
Together with a mentor, you will build a personal roadmap for your future — defining short and long-term goals, crafting a 1-year stability plan, and charting a course for career development, stable housing, and personal growth.

Soul Care
Experience deep inner healing and transformation. Sessions address healing soul hurts, the power of forgiveness, ungodly beliefs, generational cycles, deliverance, and the renewal of the mind — finding freedom in Jesus Christ.

Character Development
We offer classes such as Spirit, Soul & Body; Identity in Christ; View of God; Personal Purpose; Put Offs & Put Ons; Conflict Resolution; Understanding Triggers; and Personal Responsibility — building the character for a flourishing life.

Financial Literacy & Stability
Learn biblical money management principles — working, spending, saving, and giving wisely. Build practical budgeting skills and set financial goals that lead to long-term economic independence and generosity.

Transitional Housing
A Safe Place to Call Home While You Rebuild
Our transitional housing provides more than four walls — it's a supportive community where healing happens. We act as a bridge between crisis and permanent housing, surrounding occupants with structure, accountability, and hope.
We believe stable housing is the foundation from which everything else can grow — and we walk with you every step of the way toward long-term independence and renewed purpose.

Frontline Resources
Outreach Ministry
C4 Impact is committed to being a frontline resource to the unsheltered. We offer the following outreach ministry services Monday through Saturday, 10am – 2pm.
Showers
Access to clean, private shower facilities to help maintain hygiene and dignity.
Laundry
Free laundry services so individuals can keep their clothing clean and presentable.
Warming / Cooling Station
A safe indoor space to find relief from extreme heat or cold weather conditions.
Computer Access
Computers available for resource searches, job applications, and connecting with support services.

Items purchased from our Amazon Wishlist directly benefit those who are still unsheltered — helping us provide essentials like hygiene supplies, clothing, and other practical needs through our outreach ministry.
Workforce Readiness & Community Beautification
C4 Impact Clean Team
A workforce readiness and community beautification initiative operated by C4 Impact Inc. The Clean Team bridges two urgent needs: trained, supported pathways back into employment for individuals facing barriers, and cost-effective, reliable community improvement services.

Workforce Barriers
Many individuals served through C4 Impact are capable of productive work but face significant obstacles when attempting to re-enter the workforce, including:
- •Gaps in employment history due to incarceration, hospitalization, or housing instability
- •Limited or degraded job skills, making competitive hiring difficult
- •Partial disabilities or health limitations that preclude physically demanding roles
- •Sudden job loss that has led to housing and financial crisis
- •Absence of professional references, identification, or consistent transportation
Municipal Service Gaps
Cities and municipalities face persistent pressure to maintain clean, attractive public spaces with limited staffing and budget flexibility. Common challenges include:
- •Litter and debris accumulation in parks, sidewalks, and public corridors
- •Event cleanup demands that strain existing crews
- •Inability to justify full-time hires for episodic or seasonal needs
- •Rising costs of private contractor services
C4 Impact Clean Team directly addresses both challenges simultaneously — providing structured work opportunities for individuals rebuilding stability, while delivering visible, measurable community improvement.
What We Do
The Clean Team operates as a supervised work crew providing non-specialized cleanup and beautification services in designated public areas.
Litter & Debris Removal
Along public corridors, parks, and rights-of-way.
Sidewalk & Alley Cleanup
In commercial and residential areas.
Park & Green Space Maintenance
Non-skilled beautification tasks to keep public spaces welcoming.
Event Cleanup Support
Pre- and post-event cleanup for city-sponsored or community events.
Seasonal Beautification
Leaf removal, basic site clearing, and other seasonal work.
Custom Requests
Flexible crews for episodic or recurring non-specialized needs.
Who Participates
Participants are drawn from C4 Impact Inc's transitional housing occupants and other individuals actively working with C4 Impact Inc toward stability. Participation is earned — not automatic — and requires:
- ✓Compliance with C4 Impact conduct standards
- ✓Demonstrated punctuality and accountability
- ✓Respectful behavior toward supervisors, the public, and fellow participants
Failure to meet expectations results in removal from the work schedule. This model ensures quality and protects the program's reputation and community relationships.
